CMR INFINITA obtains IFS FOOD

The certification is a food safety standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) focused on the food safety and quality of processed products, ensuring comparability and transparency throughout the supply chain.
Obtaining it, the company certifies that has successfully passed the requirements in relation to quality and food safety management systems, resource management, planning and production process, measurement, analysis and improvement, as well as food defense, necessary for its granting.
In the pursuit of excellence in quality, safety and customer satisfaction, the CMR Infinita quality system is subject to continuous improvement processes, having passed a total of 13 audits promoted by certification bodies, customers and health authorities in 2021 thus guaranteeing the monitoring of compliance with food regulations.
The granting of said certification covers bananas from the Canary Islands, bananas and melons.
The certificate is added to the other certifications of CMR Infinita, Ecological, IGP Plátano de Canarias and Fair trade and those of CMR GROUP, IFS Logistics, IFS Broker, GLOBAL G.A.P. and GRASP, whose acquisition and possession together, confirms the good work of CMR GROUP in terms of transparency and trust in the management of the supply chain, as well as the safety and quality of the products marketed to guarantee its customers.
