Peviani focuses on late Crisp varieties

Peviani continues to research varieties to enrich its product range and extend the production calendar: “In recent years, we have focused on late varieties, with harvests from mid-September, and particularly on Crisp varieties, in order to lengthen our commercial calendar at least until mid-December. We are able to operate in the Italian market throughout the year thanks to our Italian production and imports from foreign partners who are part of our varietal clubs,” said commercial manager Andrea Peviani. Around 75% of Peviani’s production is destined for export to the main European markets where the firm has focused on raising awareness of its varieties.
