Think Fresh 2021 to explore solutions for a stronger supply chain

Think Fresh 2021 will be an in-person workshop held in Rimini on 6 September starting at 5pm. The research presentation event will be a unique opportunity for the supply chain to meet and start building high-level relationships again. The stringent rules will limit attendance to protect the health of everyone. Physical participation will be restricted to a maximum of 100 company delegates and 70 managers of large-scale distribution.

The event will explore ways to exploit opportunities and to respond effectively to threats. Think Fresh will show what Italians experience and perceive regarding fruit and vegetables during 2021, to plan a structural revival of consumption based on concrete data, including the latest research from Agroter’s Fruit and Vegetable Monitor. Based on the interruptions generated by the pandemic, solutions will be proposed for building a new value proposition for fruit and vegetables.
